This device is suitable for concentrating materials in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. The evaporation intensity is generally 50-60kg/m2h, and the specific gravity of the concentrated liquid is no more than 1.25; otherwise, it will be difficult to discharge the material.
Structural Material
This equipment mainly includes six components: a concentration tank, a first condenser, a gas-liquid separator, a second condenser, a cooler, and a receiving tank, all made of stainless steel. The concentration tank has a jacket structure, the condenser is a tube-in-shell type, and the condenser is a coil type.
