Suitable for dilute alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical industries. With appropriate adjustments to the equipment, other solvents such as toluene and methanol can also be distilled and recovered. For example, if dilute alcohol around 30℃ is distilled to 90℃~95℃ alcohol, and a higher alcohol content is required, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will decrease accordingly.
Equipment Features
KLM uses highly efficient metal stainless steel packing. The distillation column is also generally made of stainless steel to prevent iron filings from clogging the packing, thus extending the service life of the device. At the same time, all equipment in contact with the solvent, such as condensers, pressure stabilizers, and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished solvent is not contaminated. The selection of equipment materials can also be determined according to the material conditions. The distillation kettle uses a detachable U-shaped heating tube, which can be pulled out of the kettle for maintenance, facilitating cleaning of the outer wall of the heating tube and the distillation kettle wall. This device can be used for batch production, semi-continuous production, or continuous production.
