The working principle of a three-phase separator is based on the density difference of water, oil, and gas, using centrifugal force and gravity to achieve gas-liquid separation. Oil and water are separated with the help of chemicals and appropriate temperature catalysis. In short, the three-phase separator first separates gas and liquid, then oil and water, and can automatically and continuously remove accumulated sand, improving the separation efficiency of the horizontal three-phase separator, preventing sand damage and environmental pollution, extending the service life of the equipment, extending the sand cleaning cycle, and achieving significant economic and social benefits.
The internal components of the three-phase separator are sealed for sand cleaning. The horizontal three-phase separator includes a tank 1, a baffle plate 2, a corrugated plate coalescer 3, an outlet 4, a partition plate 5, an inlet 6, an oil outlet 7, a sand hopper 8, a sand suction pipe 9, a sand suction pipe 9, a sand flushing hood 10, and a sand flushing pipe 11.
