The WNSXX-X X-Q(Y) series fully automatic gas and steam boilers all adopt a corrugated furnace, three-pass flue gas flow, and a full wet-back structure. Fuel burns under slightly positive pressure in the furnace, and the high-temperature flue gas flows backward along the furnace, through the combustion chamber into the first smoke tube bundle, then turns 180° through a forced front smoke box into the second bundle. After convective heat exchange, it is discharged into the atmosphere. The design utilizes a centrally symmetrical three-pass structure, suitable for designing larger capacity three-pass steam boilers.
Features of this boiler: All pressure-bearing components are centrally symmetrical with the boiler drum. The boiler adopts a full wet-back structure with a large eccentric inner cylinder firebox, which helps provide sufficient radiant heating surface. The convective heating surface is composed of the second and third pass tube bundles. The front tube plate of the combustion chamber is connected to the furnace plate edge, and the rear tube plate of the combustion chamber is connected to the rear tube plate of the shell by a rear pull rod. The second and third pass smoke turning chambers form the front smoke box, where the flue gas temperature is below 500℃. Therefore, the front smoke box structure uses lightweight refractory insulation materials. The design of this boiler considers boiler maintenance and stability principles. A mixing device is installed at the boiler water inlet, where the feedwater first flushes the smoke tube bundle before contacting the furnace, increasing the feedwater temperature when it contacts the furnace. This avoids local subcooled boiling, maximizing the steam generation space in the steam boiler. Coupled with the use of reasonable and advanced steam-water separation devices, the steam quality is quite stable.
