Although condensing boilers have a wide range of applications, most readers are not very familiar with this product. In fact, condensing boilers have low load and high efficiency. The smaller the output load, the higher the operating efficiency; vice versa. Therefore, condensing boilers can operate efficiently under low loads, with high annual efficiency, saving energy consumption and reducing later operating costs. It fully meets the entire premixed combustion system. Its efficiency depends on the mixing ratio of gas and air and the quality of the burner. It uses variable frequency fan technology to flexibly adjust the air volume according to load demand; precise proportional adjustment technology regulates the gas and size, and the two always maintain a mixing ratio to ensure complete combustion. Moreover, it also has a unique water-cooled burner, which can quickly reduce the flame temperature, improve efficiency, and ensure low emissions of harmful substances. But regular maintenance is required. For example, drain the boiler water after shutting down to remove scale, slag, and soot from the heated surfaces inside the boiler. Close the valves on the water supply pipe, and seal the water supply pipe and drain pipe or use a baffle plate to completely isolate it from other operating boilers. Then it is recommended that you open the manhole and handhole to allow it to dry naturally. If it is damp, dry the boiler body, furnace wall, and flue with a small fire.

An appropriate amount of desiccant must also be used when inspecting and repairing condensing boilers. Commonly used desiccants include anhydrous calcium chloride and quicklime. CaCl2 is placed quantitatively at 2 kg per cubic meter of water volume, requiring particles of about 15 mm; for quicklime, a quantitative amount of 3 kg of water and 10 mm is required. ~30 mm block. Especially after drying, place the tray containing the desiccant in the oven and drum to absorb moisture. The desiccant must not directly contact the heated surface of the boiler. Or check regularly once a week within one month after entering the furnace to see if there is any rust on the heated surface. Replace the failed desiccant in time. Check once every half month after use. Next, it is recommended that you check whether the pressure gauge and thermometer are normal, and repair any problems in time. Check if the chimney is unobstructed. Or you can check if the pipes are leaking, if there are any abnormal sounds from the water pumps, and repair any problems found in time. Of course, it is also recommended that you check whether the circulating water in the condensing boiler water tank and the boiler's primary system is sufficient. If it is insufficient, please contact the After-sale Service personnel. Check if the primary filter cotton of the condensing boiler is clean. If there is dust, please clean it in time, and install it after drying. Wipe the inside of the air filter box with a damp cloth. The paper filter element must be blown clean with a hair dryer or air pump. After cleaning and blowing, you should be able to feel that the air can pass through the filter element normally.
