According to the structural principle, it can be divided into modular boilers (modular steam generators) and inner-tank boilers.
China's existing industrial boiler series are 0.5 mpa, 0.8 mpa, 1.3 mpa and 2.5 mpa respectively. The boiler system can be divided into fire-tube boilers, fire-tube boilers, and water-tube boilers along the flow path of water and smoke. Among them, fire-tube boilers and fire-tube boilers are also called shell boilers. According to different circulation methods, they can be divided into natural circulation boilers, auxiliary circulation boilers (forced circulation boilers), direct flow boilers, and compound circulation boilers. The superheater of the steam generator is located on the horizontal flue gas duct, the purpose is to heat the saturated pressure steam produced by the boiler drum to a certain temperature of superheated steam, improving the economic efficiency of power plants in China. After the smoke passes through the superheater, the temperature drops to 500 ~ 600. Enter the tail flue. One of the heating surfaces of the tail chimney is the economizer. It consists of many parallel serpentine pipelines. Its function is to preheat the water before it enters the boiler drum, thereby reducing the exhaust gas temperature.
