After the inspection, close the main flue damper of the economizer and then open the side flue damper. If there is no flue, open the valve of the economizer recirculation pipe.
3. The outer wall of the electromagnetic boiler should be intact and sealed, and the furnace door, ash door, fire door and inspection door should be intact and closed.
4. The valve handwheels on each pipe of the electromagnetic boiler should be intact, the switch should be sensitive, and there should be sufficient packing. After inspection, open the drain valve on the steam pipe and the valve on the water supply pipe.
5. Check whether the combustion device is intact, whether the mechanical transmission, coal conveying and ballast system are normally tested, and properly compress and lubricate the safety spring of the speed control box. The coal door can be raised and lowered sensitively, and the coal door scale indicates correctly. The eagle's beak is clean and tidy, the slag discharge tray is intact and the action is sensitive.

Check whether the couplers of auxiliary equipment (induced draft fan, blower, water pump, etc.) are firmly connected, whether the V-belts are correctly tightened, whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and whether the cooling water is unobstructed. After the inspection, install the safety guard and conduct a trial run separately. Pay attention to the current during idling. The ash discharge port of the dust removal device should be tightly sealed.
7. After checking that the electromagnetic boiler meets the operating requirements, water can be discharged. When water enters, open the air valve on the drum. The water should be slow, the water temperature should not exceed 90℃, and the water temperature in winter should be below 50℃. During water intake, check whether the water intake hole, hand hole, valve and flange of each part are leaking. Otherwise, please stop the water supply for processing. When the water reaches the low level of the water level gauge, the printing will stop taking water. At this time, the water level in the water level gauge should remain unchanged. Otherwise, the cause should be found and tested to eliminate the cause.
