Before operating the hot water boiler, some checks should be performed. These checks should not be taken lightly, as negligence may lead to serious consequences.
Therefore, to prevent micro-level issues, we carefully inspect the following items before operating the hot water boiler.
1. This includes the internal inspection and preparation for use of the boiler.
2. Clean the furnace, flues, ash, and soot in the flues and ducts. The regulating doors and slides of the air ducts and flues should be complete, tight, flexible, and accurately indicate opening and closing.
3. Check boiler accessories, check if safety accessories are intact; if valves are flexible and easy to use; various instruments and control equipment should be complete, in good condition, and clean. After inspection, the pressure gauge valve should be in working condition.
4. Check the automatic control system.
5. Check auxiliary equipment.
6. Check combustion equipment, check if combustion devices are intact; for mechanical drive systems, coal feeding systems, and outlet systems, test for normal operation; the safety springs of the control box should be properly tightened and well lubricated; the coal door plate indicator is correct. The eagle iron should be clean and in good condition, the slab complete, and the movement flexible.
7. Check the auxiliary heating surface, check if auxiliary equipment (induced draft fan, blower, water pump, etc.) is firmly connected; V-belts are correctly tightened; lubricating oil is sufficient; and cooling water is unobstructed. After inspection, install safety guards, conduct trial runs separately, and pay attention to the current during idling.
